Mindful Counseling

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I have my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I provide counseling services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2011. I have expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, bullying issues, ADHD, and family conflict. I provide individual counseling, group counseling, and family counseling. I also offer expertise in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have completed trainings in Emotional Freedom Techniques.
